This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for the successful training of SailPoint IdentityIQ partners and clients in both remote and classroom environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deliver technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners and customers
Create and manage existing training programs to meet learning needs for various audiences including end-users and implementers.
Manage day-to-day event activities before, during and after course completion to ensure consistent and successful delivery.
Create and manage online training modules for partners and customers.
Build training VM with associated software, and install SailPoint IdentityIQ in training environments.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
2-4 years of enterprise software implementation or training experience.
Experience establishing and delivering software product training programs, including both live and remote/e-learning courses.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Java BeanShell, JavaScript
Experience with the following technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, JSP/Servlets, Web and Application Servers.
Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc).
Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, etc), role-based access control (RBAC), or internal IT audit a plus
Experience in a startup company is a plus.
Education:
Should have a CS, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
J2EE certification is a plus.
CISSP certification is a plus.
Location/Travel:
Position is based in Austin, TX.
This position requires less than 10% travel.
