Job Description Summary:
Very fast-paced environment!
Greet and register patients in a friendly, pleasant manner. Collecting co-payments, balances, etc.
Close facility; balance cash and make sure tickets are correct.
Some appointment scheduling as required.
Work closely with technologists, radiologists and other departments in the Company.
1-2 years medical office experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
Typing: minimum 40 wpm
Excellent organization and communication skills; able to perform multi-tasks; maintain confidentiality.
The shift will be 10 - 7 (Monday thru Thursday), 8:30 -5:30 (Friday) and rotating Saturdays.
This position will be based in Portland, but must be able to fill in at all facilities when needed.
