Please note: This is a Virtual role and the right candidate can be located anywhere within the U.S. to perform the required responsibilities.
Guide clients toward best practices in Absence Management solutions.
Elicit and document detailed functional requirements.
Assist client team in technical configuration and design.
Update and modify project life cycle documents.
Partner with QA and UAT teams to prepare scenarios and use cases for testing functionality.
Acts and works independently.
Enforces process and indentifies gaps and uses creative problem solving to present solutions.
Create SDLC documentation (Requirements, Process Maps, Use Cases, Change Orders).
Perform peer reviews of documentation and test scripts.
Perform/facilitate gate check review meetings with downstream.
Work with Development/Design teams as SME on requirements throughout life of project.
Qualifications
*
3+ years of implementation experience.
*
Minimum 3 years Systems/Business Analysis experience - preferably as a B.A. for a medium sized project of complex, web-based systems, or related experience.
*
Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
*
Demonstrated experience in issues tracking and resolution.
*
Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) documents is desired but not required.
*
B.A. or PMP certification.
*
Experience with Visio, Application Sharing Tools (ePop), SQL/Cold Fusion, and Paint.Net or SnagIt is desired but not required.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and development team members and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expert.
*
Experience with project life cycle documents (Business Requirement, Functional Design and Test Cases).
*
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Internet Explorer).
*
Strong organizational skills.
*
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
