The Volunteer Coordinator is that individual who oversees all operations of the volunteer component of the hospice program. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Volunteer Department. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, orientation, training, and coordination of the volunteers. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or associated area, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in recruiting and training a volunteer component of a community-based business.
