Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent. Requires some knowledge of operating software programs. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Job Description:
Purpose and Scope:

Perform routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and a general understanding of other departments functions. Maintain records, data bases, prepare forms, verify information, and resolve routine problems. Specific duties may be in one or more of the following areas:

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Schedule daily work flow and ensure coordination of completed projects.
2. May interface with customers to provide status reports and information as required.
3. Operate photocopy machinery and coordinate complete document reproduction.
4. Perform and coordinate duties in one or more of the following areas: accounting, purchasing, marketing, office services, and security.
5. Process, input and retrieve data, and manages data bases, as required.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
