Associates play a critical role and occupy positions in many practice areas across the firm. They support their research/product teams and perform department specific duties, such as communication with external clients, premium services administration, Sales and Service support, dashboard metrics reporting, editing, meeting planning and administrative support. Associates have the opportunity to develop basic business skills and acquire a broad understanding of the firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing research support and results tracking & analysis on a variety of projects
Serving as the administrator for several premium service products
Managing follow-up to members using scripted templates
Scheduling research calls and/or meetings
Updating web-site to accommodate upcoming or newly released items
Updating internal research documents to make them HRLC client-friendly
Sending out Marketing Campaigns to members and prospects for research/product team needs
Playing a key role in internal events planning and member teleconference logistics
Responding to inbound requests for information on products and scheduling introductory conversations
Working with management to maintain work plans, coordinate team checkpoint meetings, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups
Tracking internal budgets against plans and reporting any surplus or shortage against plans
Serve as liaison between HRLC and internal support departments
Providing administrative support to management to include travel arrangements and expense reimbursement
A successful candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's Degree
Superior organization and prioritization skills
At least 1 year of work experience
Desire to contribute meaningfully to the team and develop new skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities ''CEB-quality'' commitment to, and enjoyment of, client service
The ability to be quick and adaptive
Results-oriented with an eye toward getting the details right
Persistence, resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively with a team, or individually
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
Exposure to and interest in data analytics; experience with Excel
