SUMMARY: Under the supervision and guidance of the District Manager, the branch manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the person’s assigned branch. This person will be accountable for achieving overall growth, profit, and bad debt goals of the branch.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Works in conjunction with district manager and President to ensure that the branch goals are met and that the branch is profitable.
Ensures that business is being developed on a daily basis and that loans meet Company standards.
Make sure bad debt is controlled by implementing and monitoring daily collections of past due accounts.
Responsible for hiring and training of branch employees. Ensure the branch is staffed appropriately and that each employee is performing his or her duties effectively and accurately.
Ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service.
Administer company policies and procedures at the branch level and recommend new programs and adjustments to current policies, procedures, and programs.
Support and uphold the Arvest Mission Statement.
Maintain a high level of cooperation and rapport with all associates in order to ensure accurate and efficient operations and service.
Formulate and communicate new ideas and suggestions that will improve profitability and efficiency for the company’s overall operation.
Foster and promote the proper company image at all times.
