The Account Specialist is responsible for managing the business of the Key Account Manager located in Bentonville, AR and/or Tampa, FL. This person will support all online media programs for assigned advertisers and retailers. The Account Specialist needs to balance scope, time, risks and quality while driving a positive environment. Effective project management skills are required as this person will be running complex, multi-phased programs that need to publish on time and on budget. The ability to work on a fast-paced environment, drive monthly revenue goal, make proactive suggestions and effectively coordinate programs with cross-functional teams and the Key Account Managers is paramount.
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Program Coordination (75%) Coordinates and supports program campaigns into production, logs programs into tracking tool and audits agreements and creative briefs for tactical and budget accuracy. Co manages fast tracking of selected programs Participates with Key Account Manager in program’s kick off meeting. Supports Key Account Manager and clients as required to coordinate all programs. Keeps program on tract, raises concerns, identifies dependencies and risks, and seeks direction from management as needed in order to meet business needs during the project. Supports production process as required by traffic and account service. Supports projects by creating appropriate internal documentation that effectively drives program goals, issues, timelines, etc. Provides linkage between the Key Accounts Team, the Creative and Production Teams and the advertiser.
Maintenance (25%) Supports online media programs by providing QA and post launch corrections. Responsible for tracking program scope and revisions Participates in optimization of current and prior programs based on audience delivery. Continually identifies unsold inventory to generate possible incremental revenue. Continually monitors placements, publishing calendar and OAS to secure proper placement, assets release to publisher and unexpected corrections. Develops metrics reports
