Manages a business activity as an assistant manager. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff.

One year specialized experience in food and beverage operation which includes but is not limited to performing the following duties:

business costing and projection, supervision of employees, creating operating procedures, etc.

Possess 2-4 years of education above high school level in a related field (such as Business Administration, Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, etc.)

Conditions of employment:
1. A one-year probationary period may be required upon selection.

2. You must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

3.
