: Coordinate and strategically lead operational performance improvement within our plants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Use good communication skills and flexibility to supervise staff and to work as a team player.
2. Drive cost reduction throughout operations organization
3. Maintenance of Operational Excellence Program
4. Lead plant improvement project teams to drive cost reduction.
5. Evaluate key performance metrics within plant in order to make recommendations for cost improvement.
6. Other projects as necessary

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises the Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager, who in turn supervise 10 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE CPA, Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

VERBAL/WRITTEN SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability toWrite speeches, reports and/or articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations oncontroversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

INFORMATION SYSTEM SKILLS Ability to be responsible for entire systems continuous process. Proficient with extremely specific job knowledge.

REASONING/DECISION MAKING SKILLS Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Ability to use autonomous judgment to self-direct job tasks. High-level decision-making.
