The Microcircuit Emulation Center in Princeton NJ has an exciting new opening for a Device Engineer. Responsibilities of the position include:
--Maintain wafer disposition, inspection and wiptrack programs
--Hands-on engineering to support wafer fabrication and process as required
--Development, implementation and maintenance of wafer level parametric data
--Organization, correlation and presentation of data
--Working in cross functional teams to address process issues and maintain device sets
--Continuous improvements in development of fast reliable tests, including wafer reliability testing for hot carrier lifetimes, electromigration testing etc.
Qualifications:
--Candidates should have a minimum BS (or equivalent) in electronic engineering, material science, physics or an equivalent field
--A strong background in the semiconductor industry with a minimum of 5 years practical experience
--Due to Government requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
--Knowledge and experience of working on Bipolar and MOS technologies is essential
--Demonstrate analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting
--Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
