Responsible for engaging in meaningful conversation with members at the tellerline. Promptly and courteously provide information and conduct transactions for members. Works to help members’ improve their financial situation. Responsible for making decisions that best serve members while balancing the needs of the credit union.
1.Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential for projecting a positive image as representative of the Credit Union.
2.Requires judgment to solve day-to-day problems but usually within established guidelines.
3.Requires education equivalent to a four-year high school education.
4.Work requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
5.Basic mathematical skills required.
6.One year customer service or sales experience required. Bank or credit union experience preferred.
