Atlantic Dialysis Management Services,was established to provide new dialysis site development, day to day administration and management of dialysis services and related business development activities. Central to the ADMS approach is the long term control of these clinical services by nephrologists. Atlantic Dialysis Affiliates will provides over 160,000 dialysis treatments to an estimated 1,700 patients in New York City and Long Island at 13 centers and 7 hospitals.
As a growing dialysis company, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist in the Human Resources Department. This is a non-managerial position. Our company has multiple locations and more than 500 employees. We are seeking a bright individual that will be willing and able to go to various locations when needed. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of a fast-paced department.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle the demands of a busy office. Must have great energy.
Previous experience in healthcare is a huge plus. Must be computer literate and familiar with the basic operations of a Human Resources office. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Must have a car and able to travel to other locations when needed.
*Update and maintain ADP HRIS system including entering New Hires into system, processing changes and terminations and creating reports as required
*Handle high volume full cycle recruitment including job postings, job fairs, interviewing, background screening and job offers
*Maintain employee records and files electronically and manually
*Handle employee benefits information
*Conduct New Hire orientation and on-boarding
*Assist with payroll preparation
*Handle employment verifications and background screening
*Handle unemployment claims and workers comp claims
*Handle FMLA, COBRA compliance
*Assist with job descriptions, evaluations policies
And other HR duties
*2 years experience as an HR Generalist (including recruiting, Benefits, etc)
*experience with high volume recruiting
*At least 2 years exp with HRIS systems. Exp with ADP Workforce now is a huge plus
At least 1 year previous exp in a healthcare setting is a must
*Experience with full cycle recruitment
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent organizational skills
*Excellent computer skills including microsoft office and HRIS systems
