Operations Administrative Clerk – Lincoln, NE

This is salary non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:
This support role will be tasked with the optimization, preparation and execution of key operational and administrative reports, as well as updating production scheduling data and supporting the implementation of our plant wide purchasing and PM/PDM software.

The focus of the position is to maximize the effectiveness of operation team by completing and simplifying the administrative functions handled across multiple functions. This position is a key support role for the plant operations team at a highly complex grain milling facility.

Job Responsibilities:
·

Coordinate local human resources and benefit programs in accordance with corporate accounting and human resources departments

·

Maintain superb professionalism, great attention to detail, strong collaborative spirit and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time

·

Purchasing and Maximo implementation experience is a definite plus. Other a

dministrative functions such as receiving and sorting mail, answering and directing phone calls, ordering office supplies, and handling and filing confidential personnel files will be part of this function

·

Actively seek to positively promote and support all of ADM’s policies and procedures

·

Must at all times work and base all decisions and actions in the best interest of the company, following the ADM WAY guidelines

·

Uphold the highest degree of confidentiality

·

Maintain confidentiality between all office staff and their individual assigned tasks

·

Perform work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

·

Produce and distribute scheduled reports

·

Maintain Capacity Plan and Plant Production

·

Coordinator of ADM benefits as it related to the plant and staff

·

Plant liaison to Corporate Human Resources, Recruiting and Employee Development

·

Through SharePoint, create forum and maintain KPI’s and metrics related Safety, Quality, Production and Plant Financials

·

Processes approved electronic timecards to the corporate payroll system

·

Support Maximo implementation through data entry

·

Actively participate and support in Safety programs

·

Complete special projects as assigned

·

Ability to assist with the enrollment of new employees into ADM’s benefits programs

Job Requirements:
·

Possess excellent SharePoint, Microsoft office expertise especially, Excel, Access, Word and Power Point

·

Proficiency in written and verbal communication

·

Professional demeanor

·

Outstanding customer service (internal and external) skills

·

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks at one time

·

Associates Degree Business; Accounting,

Business Administration or similar

·

Five plus years of related experience,

Food Industry a plus

·

The work environment is mainly sedentary office environment, which will include occasional plant exposure to loud or noise environment, high elevations, and passing by moving mechanical parts
