Provide administrative support to all staff. Maintain a system that will track all ABAWDs while scheduling appointments and returning telephone calls.
Assist Data Clerk with weekly reports that will be used during ABAWD orientations. Assist Data Clerk with training packets and all other material used during ABAWD orientation.
Assist with letters to clients, scanning all documentation received after ABAWD orientation and assist Job Developer if needed during ABAWD orientation.
Assist Economic Services staff to ensure & maintain county WIG lead measures.
Serves as receptionist. Assist customers w/general questions related to programs offered, accept information from customers, & keep records of visitors entering the building. Back-up support for clerical duties such as receiving incoming mail, stamping, sorting & placing in appropriate mail boxes, receiving & logging all FI & Child Support checks that come to he agency for FI customers & provide to accounting clerk.
Assist Case Managers with updating the ABAWD data base on a daily basis.
To ensure that personal identifying information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared, and disposed. To protect the agency networks and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment, and data.
NOTE : Must possess a valid Driver’s License
NOTE : You may be required to drive your personal vehicle from time to time in the performance of duties associated with this position.
NOTE : May require over-time hours. Must be able to travel and work after hours with little or no notice.
NOTE : May require working out of out three (3) Aiken County office locations (Aiken, North Augusta, & Wagner).
NOTE : Office locations are subject to change. Use of a personal vehicle is required.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:
STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA MINIMUM, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A High School Diploma or GED.
(NOTE: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS MAY BE APPLICABLE FOR INDIVIDUAL POSITIONS IN THE EMPLOYING AGENCY.)
A High School Diploma and two (2) years of clerical experience. Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute.

Employee must be knowledgeable of agency policies & procedures. Extensive knowledge of grammatical rules, spelling, language, usage, and clerical forms. Working knowledge, care, and operation of standard office equipment and machines. Ability to communicate effectively, to deal courteously and effectively with staff members and public.
