Our client is the leading Packaging and Shipping solutions provider offering equipment, supplies and services to commercial clients throughout the Midwest. This profitable distributor has been in business over 30 years and has a reputation for impeccable customer service and dependable quick delivery.
Immediate opening is for an experienced, process driven, Sales leader to help organize, lead, coach and mentor the sales team while continuing to grow overall sales and profit margins.
Must have at least 3-5 years of recent sales management experience (managing a group of direct sales representatives) with expertise at defining and implementing process and controls
Must be self motivated, able to work independently and thrive in respectful culture of open communication
Must have strong competencies in solution based selling processes and methodologies
Must have the ability to motivate, coach and develop sales resources
Must have executive level credibility and business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior Distributor experience desired
Must currently live in the area and be willing to report to a North Western Twin Cities Metro location
