Tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Candidates will be expected to develop a nationally recognized research program in genomics, molecular genetics, developmental biology, functional biology and phylogenetics working with any taxonomic group. The candidate should employ a systems approach to understanding the evolutionary mechanisms underlying responses of organisms to their environments. The successful candidate is expected to develop strong collaborations within and outside of the School, and in so doing contribute significantly to UNL's Life Sciences Initiative. Candidates will be expected to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. A PhD (or equivalent) and experience in evolutionary biology or a related field is required. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
