The Technical Project Coordinator works on projects and follows the direction of the EDT Manager to ensure that client specifications are met. The position requires a high school diploma, an A+ Certificate or alternate certification with relevance to area of focus, and at least three (3) years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of Project concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals/tasks defined. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to the EDT Manager. Completes all other duties as assigned. Percentage of daily job functions for this position are:
 20% Project Management
 70% Hardware/Software relocation, replacement, configuration, and implementation
 5% Break/Fix in support of current IT projects
 5% Alternate/Other Duties Assigned as indicated above

Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A+ Certificate Required Alternate certifications will be considered (i.e. MCP, MCDST, etc.).

Required Minimum Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service, field service, networking, local software/hardware and operating system support WITH associated project related tasking, coordination, or management.

Required Minimum Skills: Desktop operating systems, hardware, Local/Network printers/printing, and peripherals (i.e. Scanners, , etc.). Desktop applications (i.e. Internet browsers, Email clients, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office products, etc.). Desktop hardware (Thick and Thin Client products). Must be able to communicate and work well in a team environment. Strong customer relationship skills required. Self motivator and task oriented individual capable of working well with minimal supervision. Multitasking and problem resolution skills as well as sound judgment and analytical ability are required.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be physically capable to complete job requirements of work environment (i.e. stoop, bend, crawl in tight areas, walk throughout regionally defined areas of coverage, transport equipment to and from work areas, etc.).
