To use your prior banking experience (preferably teller) to sell products to new and existing customers and service customers contributing to the growth and profitability of Firstrust. Strive to retain present customers and develop new business by extending a high quality of service while being alert to the needs of the customers to suggest additional products and services available. Financial Sales Representative will be accountable to meet monthly sales/service goals.

The FSR must have strong listening and verbal communications skills for extensive telephone work and person to person. The position requires excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. The FSR must have the ability to learn and sell bank products and services. Also must have the ability to function in a financial institution/branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, currency counter, etc.
The Financial Sales Representative will have some supervisory responsibility as needed. They will assist and support the Branch Manager/ Service Manager in overall branch operations and service. They are responsible for daily/weekly sales goal reporting and metrics.
In addition to weekday hours, this position requires some flexibility to work at weekends and be available for scheduling during the Monday-Friday hours.
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities:
High School diploma required, post high school education preferred or equivalent experience.
Must be a team player committed to success and achieving results.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Bank and of all retail products and services.
Must be knowledgeable in all areas of branch operations and be able to run a teller window as needed.
