In this position you will be responsible for all company benefits, including health insurance, life insurance and 401k plan for 500+ employees. Annual open enrollment, claims issues, and employee relations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree


To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience: Preferred Skills: 3+ years experience as an HR Generalist with a concentration in benefits administration. Excellent communication skills, experience with employee relations and knowledge of 401k administrations. Must be proficient with MS Office programs. A PHR certification is a plus!
