Maintenance Performance Toolbox Infrastructure & Operations is seeking an entry level production support analyst. MPT is used by internal Boeing users, airline operators, and maintenance\repair entities to receive and maintain their aircraft maintenance documentation.

MPT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the MPT environments through troubleshooting of software, hardware, and infrastructure issues. In addition, MPT Operations is responsible for design and implementation of the physical architecture of the MPT system.

Strong leadership, technical, and analytical skills are required. Proficiency with HP Unix, Redhat Linux, and SQL and shell scripting is required. Candidates for the position must possess the ability to work as part of a dynamic team performing the resolution of Toolbox production support problems and activities. A successful candidate will use their skills and knowledge of storage management, network, and web high availability environments to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, software and data problems on a 24x7x365 basis. The position will be required to support ongoing efforts to monitor, deploy and support existing environments.
