Your role as Manager, Clinical Services, will be to
oversee the day-to-day operations of the Med/Surg and
Oncology units at Straub. You will utilize your
leadership expertise to supervise staff, implement and
track the effectiveness of programs, plans, and
policies, designed to enhance the quality of patient
care services for the department.

Straub Clinic & Hospital and Wilcox Memorial Hospital.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing,
health care administration, or related field or
equivalent combination of education, training, and/or
experience. Must meet education requirements for Hawaii
state licensing. Current Hawaii RN license. Three years
of leadership, management or supervisory experience in a
health care setting or related experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing, health care
administration or related field. Budget/finance
