I am a recruiter and my client is currently looking for Design Consultants / Sales throughout the US due to expansion. Following our proven process to build your sales through networking and conducting face-to-face meetings with clients. You will be also generating leads through your direct contacts and your referral partners
Meeting with potential customers on appointments scheduled by our staff from leads generated by client or your referral partners
Meeting with potential customers on appointments scheduled by yourself through leads generated directly by you
Responsible for measuring the customer’s windows to provide them with a quotation and upsell when applicable
Responsible for contacting the installer to schedule a final measure when/if this is required
Coordinating the installation of the window coverings with the installer
Either attending the installation or following up with the customer immediately after the installation to insure they are happy with their blinds or shades and the entire process ( ask for additional referrals)
Maintaining the current status of all of your leads and reporting on the status of these leads as required
Participating in all sales meetings, training meetings and weekly sales calls
Travel to corporate office in Denver for meetings when required.
Compensation: You will receive commissions for your sales with a $2,000 per month draw against future commissions. You will be able to get at least a minimal of 30% of your sales from leads generated by my client. Potential for unlimited commission !!!!
