  • Install, configure, and upgrade infrastructure technologies. Troubleshoot any data-related issues.
  • Work with business users and other technical teams to build solutions for remote users and end-user collaboration.
  • Communicate directly with customers.
  • Provide technical support and leadership for the design and support of infrastructure technologies.
  • Act as liaison to information technology (IT) and business to gather requirements for technology solutions.
  • Develop IT and infrastructure projects including solutions and supporting documentation.
Education, Certification & Licenses: This position requires knowledge of infrastructure technologies and operational procedures acquired through formal education or 2 - 3 years on the job application. Equivalent to a Bachelors degree in computer science.

Minimum 8 years experience in information technology that includes a background in telephony engineering

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Windows, network, and telephony systems, ideally with Avaya
Unix, Intel, and desktop technologies
Advanced hardware and/or software knowledge

Analytical and problem solving skills while developing collaborative internal relationships
Ability to present ideas and technical solutions effectively through presentations or communications to executive management
Ability to provide timely and informative follow-up to end-users
