We are seeking a Tivoli Business Development Sales Rep. Primary responsibility of this role will be to work with US Department of Defense customers to expand and grow software sales across all Tivoli solution technologies. Candidate will need to work cross-functionally across the business unit with Sales Leaders, Field Reps, Inside Sales, S&S Reps, and directly with the customer to accomplish these goals. Going forward, the role will be expanded to include license growth initiatives working with the field, channels, and inside sales.
In-depth knowledge of SW licensing models, sales and special bid processes, and entitlement and ordering systems is required
comfortable presenting to and engaging both customers and internal IBMers to accomplish the business objectives.
At least 3 years experience in software sales
At least 3 years experience in selling to the US Department of Defense
Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
U.S. citizenship required
At least 5 years experience in software sales
At least 5 years experience in selling to the US Department of Defense
Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) - Active
