NurseCore, an industry leader in Medical Staffing and Home Health Care, is seeking compassionate, reliable LPNs with Hospice Care and IV Certs experience to treat and rehabilitate clients in the Trenton, Starke, Palatka, Lake City, Interlaken, FL area. We are offering long term contracts, per diem and temp-to-perm opportunities for Home Care professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The practice of nursing as a licensed practical nurse is defined as performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case-finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse or licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider.

Requirements
Current State Licensure
Minimum of one (1) year Hospice and IV Certs experience in a supervised setting
