Center Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a PACE Center (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), including: hiring, orienting, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating Health Aides and Activities staff. Coordinate patient’s support services, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; communicates with participants; caregivers; vendors and providers. The Center Manager oversees the daily flow of participants in collaboration and coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team of physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists and paraprofessionals. Full orientation provided.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a health related field of study, such as: Social Work; Nursing; Rehabilitation Therapy; Recreation Therapy; Case Management or Health Care Management. Bi-Lingual language skills in: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole or Portuguese Creole would be helpful, but not necessary. Two years of managerial/supervisory experience and two years experience working with elders in a health care setting would be beneficial. Strong organizational ,oral and writing skills are required.

The ability to work within a fast paced team environment is essential.
