High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have valid SC driver's license appropriate to all vehicles. In the event any vehicle is determined to require a special license the Fleet Operations Coordinator will take steps to acquire it within 90 days. Must have complete knowledge of and ability to manage all aspects of transportation methods utilized by Self Regional Healthcare. Must have ability to communicate tactfully and courteously with business and public officials and employees. Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations. Must be able to plan and organize workflow with strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, analyze computer and written data and meet multiple deadlines. Must have the ability to take a teamwork approach to the job by cooperating with others.
Must be thoroughly familiar with vehicles and operational aspects of coordinating the utilization of the vehicles. Must have a working knowledge of appropriate computerized programs utilized in day to day operations, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and fleet computer software programs.
