We are looking for an International Tax Manager to be responsible for international tax compliance and planning activities for the Company, to ensure accurate and timely filing or returns, and assist with the review of the foreign tax provision.
Research, analyze, interpret and apply international tax laws and principles
Identify emerging international tax issues and potential impact on Company
Work with International Finance group to ensure appropriate transfer pricing applied to intercompany transactions
Manage international tax aspects of income tax audits in the US and abroad
Review, coordinate, and prepare international income tax compliance (Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, 8858, and related forms and calculations.)
Assist in review of FAS109 foreign tax provision.
Manage special tax projects, including but not limited to M&A transactions, M&A integrations, reorganizations and other tax projects
BS/BA degree in Accounting
Preferred Master of Tax degree
4 to 6 years of combined Federal and/or International income tax experience
Minimum of 4 years of international tax experience
Mix of public and private accounting/tax experience preferred
Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply international tax laws and principles
Must have significant understanding of core international tax concepts including income sourcing, expense apportionment & allocation, E&P, foreign tax credit, and Subpart F
Ability to identify emerging tax issues and potential impact to Company
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and change in priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Intermediate FAS109 knowledge
SOX 404 experience a plus
User knowledge of Excel and Word
