The Management Fellowship program at CTCA is based on rotational assignments is designed to expose the Management Fellow to all facets of the business within a two-year program. In the hospitals, the Fellows work directly with senior management on projects of the highest priority. Opportunities are also in the corporate office to work on projects in Finance, Marketing and other areas.
Receives training and performs duties rotating in several departments, such as Finance/Accounting, Talent, Marketing, Sales, IT, Web Development, CNCA, and hospitals. Become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Obtain and apply a comprehensive understanding of the Cancer Treatment Centers of America business model and management through real-time experience and learning. Performs assigned duties under the direction of management to gain knowledge and experience required for preparation to management positions.
Fellows are present at corporate Executive Team meetings, hospital Board of Trustees meetings, corporation Board of Directors meetings, and they rotate assignments with corporate board subcommittees.
Graduating from any
academic program in the upcoming spring, and have an interest in the healthcare administration.
(Advanced degrees will be considered over-qualified)
