The Behavioral Healthcare Resource Program ( BHRP ) at the School of Social Work, University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill provides training, technical assistance and consultation services for public and nonprofit providers and organizations. Working in conjunction with the NC Division of MH/DD/SA services, BHRP faculty provide a bridge between substance abuse and mental health research and the evolving North Carolina service delivery system.
BHRP is seeking an open rank fixed term faculty member who can provide program development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation in one of the following substantive areas: child mental health and systems of care, substance abuse, or HIV . This is a permanent (1.0 FTE ) position in the non-tenure track and is contingent upon the continuing availability of funds.

Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in social work or a related field and/or relevant licensure.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum five years of experience demonstrating expertise in mental health or substance abuse. An impressive candidate will have extensive experience in training design and delivery, consultation, and program evaluation. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, the capacity to work independently, and current understanding of NC public sector service systems.
