-- Analyzing fleet and industry performance data, including INPO PIC data, to identify performance improvement opportunities.
-- Developing periodic reports of fleet performance trends.
-- Maintaining a current awareness of industry initiatives and INPO practices
-- Building business case documents describing gaps in fleet performance as input to ECI charter teams and for support of development of strategic initiative prioritization.
-- Supporting preparation for mid-cycle assessments, including scheduling and staffing.
-- Mentoring and providing in-field support for mid-cycle and other assessments.
-- This position requires 5 years experience in plant operations (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, RP/ Chemistry, Quality Assurance), or equivalent experience.
-- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
-- Proficiency with current computer office applications
-- Knowledge of functional areas and performance expectations of nuclear plant design and operation
-- 3 years supervisory/management experience.
-- Senior Reactor Operator license
-- INPO evaluator/analyst experience
-- Supervisory or managerial experience in varied disciplines
