Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of our Madison aircraft maintenance department.
Primary duties include: communicating all maintenance transactions with customers, providing cost estimates, scheduling work, and motivating staff to ensure high efficiency and profitability.
Responsible to ensure that repairs and overhauls are accomplished in accordance with FAA standards & properly inspected.
Ideal candidates will have 10 years experience as an A&P mechanic working with general aviation aircraft from small piston aircraft to cabin-class jets.
IA certification desired.
Must have 3-5 years proven management experience which includes supervision.
To be effective, the right candidate will have a strong working knowledge of aircraft systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills are needed along with a desire to provide our customers with exceptional service.
Organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities and allocate staff are desired.
