This is a unique position which provides high level administrative and financial support to a department/Health Care Service within the Medical Group at FAHC. This individual works closely with the Director Medical Group to process all payables for the respective department, identifying expenses that lie outside of established budgetary parameters. He or she also serves as a resource/liaison to physicians and staff on CME and budgetary issues, processes payables for FAHC and tracks multiple internal accounts. The person is expected to track internal accounts, and be an excellent communicator. The Assistant provides administrative support to Health Care Service leadership including the director and assistant director.

Education:

Associate's degree in accounting or related business field preferred. Relevant experience may be applied toward the education requirement.

Experience:

Familiarity with accounts payable functions is highly desirable. Basic understanding of finance
