This position is responsible for driving sales and profitability of their store through effective leadership and management and building a team of professionals from sellers to management who have a common objective. Also responsible for clearly communicating and guiding the team to achieve the objectives as outlined in conjunction with corporate. Supervises the Senior Team
Lead merchant in the store
Figurehead for Neiman Marcus in the community
Leads customer and community relations
Oversees the appropriate expense management and related controls necessary to deliver the planned bottom line contribution dollars and/or flex to the appropriate flow through rate on sales
Performs additional tasks as required
Building Effective Teams
Managing Vision and Purpose
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail senior management experience is required.
