Reports to either to Program Executive or Program Manager (PM):
Assisting PM/s managing all aspects of the contract to ensure compliance with program specifics and schedules, and resolves performance issues.
Coordinates and supervises specific technical and/or non-technical task or function.
Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives.
Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting customer schedules.
Work with Program Executive, PM/s and Theatre Lead/s to develop customer documentation deliverables, including status reports, and related daily/weekly/monthly CDRLS.
Maintenance and Logistics background and knowledge is a must
Warehouse management knowledge is preferable
Assist PM/s with management of program/s operation to include
Coordinating and communicating with subcontractors/vendors
Providing technical and military applications guidance,
Excellent customer service
Assist with managerial and financial requests
Coordinates with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another.
Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes.
Responds to client requests and questions in timely manner
Assists with writing manuals and other documentation
Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility
Sets up and manages project facilities as dictated by workload requirements.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (or experience)
Five to seven years of related work experience.
