We have a full-time Help Desk Support position available at our Operations Center in Cross Lanes, WV.

Duties: Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems of computer users. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing computer-related technologies. Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems. Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products. Writes or revises user training manuals and procedures. Installs personal computers, software and peripheral equipment.

Requirements: 1-2 years computer support experience is required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Microsoft and A+ certifications and experience with Jack Henry programs (i.e., Silverlake, Vertex, Synergy) are also preferred.

Minimum hourly rate is $11.29, rate is determined by experience. Benefits available include medical/dental insurance, 401(k), vacation pay, holiday pay and accrued sick pay. We also offer an incentive plan and tuition reimbursement.
