Assist in developing measurement tools to determine efficacy.

Facilitate and advise others regarding process and systems improvement.

Willingly learn to readily assimilate new technologies and ideas, manage learning and change, and create a vision for a high performance, team-based organization.

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Health Care or related field

1 year work experience in environment where Lean and Six Sigma are being used

Experience or training in Lean or Six Sigma

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master’s degree

Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within a healthcare setting
