Job Title: Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler (1-3 years of experience)Location: Lebanon, NJDuration: 6-months to PERMANENT POSITIONSalary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourWork for a Central New Jersey (Hunterdon County) area company that designs/builds automation and control products.Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler:The high level tasks associated with this position in order of importance are: Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using screws terminals, bolts or soldering equipment. Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions. Mark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified. Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly. Point-to-point wire assemblies per written/oral specifications. Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits and record results. Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications. Pack finished assemblies for shipment and transport them to shipping area (lifting of up to 50lbs., typical). Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers

Use of common protective or safety gear (hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.) is required.
