We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented Field Service Engineer for our North America market that would enjoy representing Tetra Pak at our customer's Ice Cream plants. Our team is based Lake Geneva, As a Service Technician you will be responsible for Installing, commisioning troubleshooting and maintaining the performance of Ice Cream equipment, at the customers' plants in US and occasionally abroad.
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. In this position you will be travelling extensively, approximately 180 days/year.
We believe that you are an independent self starter with a good sense of initiative. You also have the ability to make your own decisions and to solve problems under time pressure. In your way of working you are persistent and efficient and used to deliver against deadlines and commitments. You are customer and service oriented as a person.
We believe that a successful candidate have a technical education or equivalent, covering both the electrical and the mechanical area with very good skills in the automation area. Added to this we appreciate if you have a genuine technical interest. A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary.
