A global medical software reseller and consulting company is experiencing unprecedented growth and has an immediate opening for Project Coordinator focused specifically on new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to gain valuable industry insight.

DUTIES

This position is 60% phone work and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interface with all levels of management.

Responsibilities include:
  • Create project template and maintain project status in Salesforce
  • Communication with clients regarding project needs and status updates
  • Set and manage client expectations for the start-up process
  • Schedule project tasks and meetings according to project template
  • Participate in new client kick off calls and post meeting notes to project
  • Ensure timely internal communication of new client status updates are distributed to project team
  • Manage and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely completion of each
  • Participate in internal meetings to understanding upcoming new clients schedules
  • Report on status of existing projects
  • Schedule and maintain trainer schedules for on-line and on-site training
  • Post implementation survey act ivies
  • Post sales and implementation activities
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience
  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office
  • Minimum of 1 years experience with medical billing services and/or healthcare administration
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of IT basics and terminology (such client connections types, networking, hardware)
  • Knowledge of general front end medical office practices
  • Knowledge of CRM software; Salesforce a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software or similar EMR/HER software
