Description:
Nebraska Book Company, Inc., a leading developer of
software for the College Bookstore industry, currently has Software Support
position in our Inventory Control area. The ideal candidate will
possess excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills to provide
telephone and email support in
assisting all clients with any software or system
issues.

Responsibilities:
Provide Software support to our clients
via telephone and email. Help clients with questions
pertaining to software, hardware and operating system. Configure new systems and test
enhancements to the software programs. Assist in training in a classroom
environment.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication
skills Proven problem solving skills Dedication to customer service Background or experience in software
support Windows and/or Unix knowledge a plus College degree
