· Bachelors degree in Nursing or a clinical practice area, required.

· Informatics certification or advanced informatics degree, preferred.

· Project management experience, preferred.

Must possess ability to critically think and make decisions quickly and accurately. Must possess effective leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently, organize own schedule and duties in order to complete responsibilities. The ability to maintain confidentiality and good judgment are necessary. The individual must be dependable, have excellent inter-personal relationship skills, flexibility, and the abilities to deal well with others and handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a professional, prompt manner are essential. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate throughout multiple levels of an organization are required. The person must be tactful and posses good communication skill (written and verbal, English), and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people and personalities. The individual must be courteous and relate well to others, have genuine compassion for senior adults and the disabled, project a friendly character, support customer service and team concepts. It further requires a person with a genuine interest and knowledge of healthcare and a desire to support the overall mission and objectives of CRC. It is essential that the individual is dependable, has good inter-personal relationship skills, flexibility, and the ability to deal well with others and handle a variety of routine tasks and responsibilities in a professional, prompt manner. Must have the ability to plan and carry out routine, yet varied responsibilities under general supervision, and take initiative on routine responsibilities, organizing own schedule and duties in order to complete responsibilities. The ability to maintain confidentiality and good judgment is necessary. The position demands attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. The person must demonstrate accurate keyboarding skills; proficiency with or ability to learn Word, Excel, our health and wellness system, accounting system and other applicable software programs; ability to take direction from a variety of people; empathy with and understanding of the needs and expectations of staff and residents; and pleasant telephone manner and the ability to deal with the public in a pleasant and professional manner. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are also required as this position may occasionally visit a campus and attend off-site meetings.
