Responsibilities

Perceptive Software enterprise content management solutions create a direct and effortless connection between business professionals and the enterprise content they need to simplify their daily processes. Armed with patented integration technology, Perceptive Software is an aggressive and fast-growing competitor in the ECM marketplace.

The Solution Architect is the key point of contact between Professional Services and Sales participating in the entire Sales process, by crafting the appropriate solution, delivering Service Estimates/Staffing Models as well as assisting in the development of Proposals and Statements of Work.

Requirements

The Solution Architect maintains the ownership of all enterprise government solutions.
Responsible for crafting best of breed government solutions leveraging the ImageNow product suite.
Key point of contact with Perceptive Software R&D, assisting Product Management and Solution Management in understanding product/solution needs and industry trends.
Continuously communicate best practices on all enterprise government solutions to all members of the Professional Services team as well as other departments in the organization.
Establish relationships with systems integrators, industry groups, and customers to understand solution needs as well as identify market opportunities in the enterprise government space.
As a thought leader for the government sector, represent ImageNow at relevant customer and industry events and write related documents to create exposure for ImageNow.
Proactively anticipate and remediate solution related issues and bottlenecks to help keep projects on time and on budget
Delivering quality presentations (written and oral) and customized product demonstrations
Maintain a clear understanding of the ImageNow product suite and solution capabilities

Required Qualifications:
A college degree (a technical curriculum is preferred)
Technical and functional knowledge and experience working with hardware and software solutions
Project planning and project management experience working with hardware and software solutions
At least 3 years of consulting firm experience (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, etc)
At least 2 years of Enterprise Content Management experience
5+ year of business process analysis related work
Valid Driver’s license
Must be able to travel by plane, car and/or bus to customer locations as needed.

Operating systems: Windows, UNIX (Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, Linux)
Relational Database Platforms: Oracle, MS SQL
ERP software: Lawson, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP
