Position Summary:
The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing all content for the website and ecommerce operations while working closely with IT, Marketing and the team to publish content on time and maintain brand guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent look and feel of the brand by QA’ing website on a daily basis and reporting any issues to Ecommerce team
  • Upload and maintain all content management in Magento after delivery from Marketing team
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to ensure product imagery, swatches and default imagery is active online
  • Assist with website merchandising, maintaining cross sells and default imagery based upon OH units
  • Attend all photo shoots with Marketing and manage shot line sheets, naming convention for designer and verify all product imagery after delivery with Merchandising Manager
  • Own ecommerce sample process: receive all samples from warehouse and product development, note delivery dates and receiving dates in calendar, organize and maintain sample closet, organize racks for shoot and return samples after Marketing approval
  • Assist in daily ecommerce sales and website traffic reporting and deliver trends
  • Assist with monthly Customer Service and Ecommerce reporting with Web Analytics Manager
  • Keep up with current with emerging web technologies, competitors, and industry news through relevant blogs and events

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience managing content andproduction on ecommerce websites
  • BA/BS required
  • Knowledge of HTML, experience with popular content management systems, and basic Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with working on a photo shoots
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce a consistent work level
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team
