Acts as a work leader in the Customer Services Department to coordinate workflow of 4 or more Customer Service Representatives. Researches, troubleshoots, follows-up, and resolves account inquiries and problems. Provides guidance and expertise to work group in resolving customer problems. Trains new employees. Assigns and reviews work of assigned employees including scheduling and prioritizing. Working under minimal supervision, reports to Supervisor Customer Service.

Mondays to Fridays, 1st shift, Raritan, NJ Location

Job Requirements :
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associates Degree w/3-5 years LabCorp experience.
