Janssen Ortho LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting an Access Services Manager for Puerto Rico, to be located in Guaynabo.

The Access Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring payer access to Janssen products through coordination of efforts with J&J internal and external partners. Coordinate the implementation of Janssen Puerto Rico Call Center structure that will support providers, caregivers, and patient access to our products. Liaise with contracted vendor and administrator of the Janssen Puerto Rico Call Center so it provides best in class service to stakeholders. The Access Services Manager will be the point of contact with the different Brand and Access J&J teams in the US for the development and update of Spanish educational materials and Access information. Cultivates, educates and mobilizes Key Advocacy Leaders on updates for Access Support programs and is the key driver for the implementation and execution of competitive and compliant access and affordability programs. Responsible for the development of Puerto Rico's strategy to patient access and continuum of care across Janssen's entire portfolio in coordination with J&J Access and Brand teams in the US. Liaise with Corporate US for the development and update of local language educational materials and Access information. Serve as a consultant to direct-to-consumer marketing to develop appropriate educational materials for patient groups. Responsible for the deployment and communication strategy of the Janssen Puerto Rico Call Center services, as well as assuring quality, including training, delivering, and dissemination of approved educational material, Access information and Call Center services to Janssen managers and sales workforce. Serve as an internal consultant to establish and "grass-root" community groups to build disease awareness and further approved educational treatment messages. Facilitate, coordinate and deliver approved educational programs to Health Care professionals and Community-Based Organizations (CBO) following Healthcare Compliance (HCC) guidelines and regulations. Manage and coordinate communications and interactions with key CBO's accounts. Develop and maintain a high level of clinical knowledge regarding Janssen products. Serve as a consultant to appropriate Marketing and Sales Management colleagues in the establishment of priorities, plans of action, and routinely communicate the progress for local advocacy programs. Participate in District meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; major in science or business preferred. A Master's degree is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills (bilingual) in English and Spanish are required. A valid Puerto Rico driver's license issued, clean driving record and the ability to travel as necessary, up to 80% of the time within PR, and 10% abroad, are required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare are required. Experience in sales environment and marketing dynamics preferred. Strong ability to build long-term internal and external customer loyalty and relationships. Excellent cross-company collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and customize customer plans with a solution orientation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Possess strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to work autonomously. Willingness to travel extensively. Must demonstrate business acumen, customer focus, Payers and Payment Systems knowledge, product knowledge. Able to promote innovation and continuous learning, building interdependent partnerships, manage complexity, and implement positive changes.
