Responsible and accountable for managing field operations for completion and production activities . Operations includes all field activities from drilling rig release to first production. Primary purpose is the optimization of completion operations, building/maintaining a staff of technical professionals (in Denver and in the field) and be a strong leader in their department, as well as, in the asset team. Position will require completion stimulation experience to enable good decision, problem solving and implementation practices. Requires facilities construction experience as well. Establish a field office presentsSpecific responsibilities include:�Execute completion and facility operation tasks�Manage all producing well workover operations �Negotiate all operations vendor contracts insuring they are in company compliances.�Establish and supervise field office operations�Work efficiently with other departments in planning and executing the most efficient operations�Assist in preparing completion portion of AFEs and assist in budget and forecast programs�Perform all task in full EH&S compliance �Participate in determining future multi-well / multi-lateral development operations.Specific activities include:�Perform all completion and workover operations including contractor supervision�Manages expenditures for completion and production operation activities. Ensures completion activities are operating at maximum efficiency with optimum cost effectiveness and comply with internal policy and state/local regulations.�Implements and innovates latest completion and production technology�Sources and coordinates all equipment and services required for efficient operations.


Requires ability to manage people at all levels and implements a team environment. Will require being organized and have excellent communication skills to work with other departments to achieve a 6 � 10 rig development program that supports the E&P business plan.�BS in Engineering with +/- 15 years of completion/production supervisory experience; Williston Basin Bakken experience is preferred.�Experienced with completion stimulation practices.Preferred Candidate Identified
