Payroll Analysis and Processing
•Coordinate with the HR department regarding payroll matters
•Financial Analysis and other analytical tasks
•Process and Analyze weekly Management reports
•Bank Reconciliations
•Balance Sheet Reconciliations
•Reconcile monthly bills and allocate charges appropriately
•Resolve issues with field personnel
•Identify, resolve problems and provide appropriate upward communication
•Manage outside vendor and contractor relationships
•Maintain Client files, Business Registrations and Licenses
•Process new employee paperwork ie. Background, Drug and MVR tests
•Create and analyze weekly financial and HR reports for Executive Mgrs.
•Provide ad hoc reporting requests for the Executive Team
•Perform routine office functions
