Input bill of lading receipts from carrier invoices and issue payment to freight carriers (web-settle)
Planning truckloads, routing loads, tendering loads, and using the TMS software
Assisting divisions gathering data for audits
Assemble divisional LTL and truck load purchase orders and assign carriers, expedite shipments, and perform other duties associated with logistics and third party billing
Maintain a high level of communication with other departments
Other duties, as assigned
High School Degree or GED plus 6 months of experience in an operation coordinator/support role
Must have good analytical skills
Must be fluent with Excel and/or Word programs
Must demonstrate interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Must demonstrated ability to take initiative and ability to keep a professional demeanor while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast pace atmosphere
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work schedule: Monday through Friday (Normal day hours)
